Fees (Summer 2025/26)

  • Junior players: $115*

  • Open players: $120*

*PlayHQ adds a small transaction fee.

Notes

  • Full payment is required when registering.

  • If we cannot place you in a team, fees are fully refunded.

  • If a player withdraws after registrations close, our Refund Policy applies (see below)

Sports vouchers (Winter & Summer)

Parents of eligible children (Reception–Year 9) can claim up to two Sports Vouchers per calendar year, valued at $100 each.

  • The registration form will ask if you are claiming a voucher.

  • Ideally, claim your voucher before registering, so the discount can be applied immediately using your voucher code.

Refund policy

We understand circumstances can change. St Monica’s has a clear refund policy to make things fair for all families.

Standard refunds

  • Unable to place a player in a team: 100% refund (minus transaction/service fees)

  • Withdraw before selection trials: 90% refund (minus transaction/service fees)

  • Withdraw after team selections are released: 50% refund (minus transaction/service fees)

  • Withdraw after SAUCNA grading / draw is released: 20% refund (minus transaction/service fees)

  • Withdraw after the season has started: No refund

Special circumstances

  • The Management Committee may approve a full refund in exceptional cases.
