Winter 2026

Registrations for Winter 2026 are closed.

Registrations closed on 23rd January 2026 - Late registrations will only be considered if we have team vacancies.

How to register

When registering

  • Use the same email address if you have registered for other seasons to avoid creating a duplicate record.

  • When registering your child to play, use their name.

  • If you’re registering to coach or manage, use your own name.

  • Our club does hold trials for Winter. Refer to the Trial page - click here.

Notes for Winter

  • Any requests to play in a higher age group is not guaranteed, however should be made during registration.

  • Placement will be considered based on position availability, playing history, team dynamics and trial results when applicable.

Fees

  • Junior & Open players: $167

    • Plus small PlayHQ transaction fee

Parents of junior players (Reception–Year 9) can claim two Sports Vouchers each year, valued at $100 each.

  • Fees are paid in full when registering.

  • If we cannot place you in a team, fees are fully refunded.

  • If you withdraw after registrations close, our Refund Policy applies.

Summer 2025/26

Registrations for Summer 2025/26 are closed.

How to register

When registering:

  • Use your child’s name if registering a player.

  • Use your own name if registering as a coach or team manager.

  • Always use the same email address you’ve used before to avoid creating duplicate records.

Notes for Summer

  • Teams are entered in all age groups.

  • There are no trials for Summer.

  • Winter teams usually continue into Summer. New players are placed where vacancies exist or new teams are created.

  • Team placements are decided by the selection committee, based on player history and positions.

  • Team lists and coaches will be confirmed and sent to families by late September.

  • Registration will be done via PlayHQ. Use the same email address you’ve used previously to avoid creating duplicate records.

  • Junior players: $115

  • Open players: $120

Game nights (summer 2025/26)

  • Open: Wednesday nights at 6.15, 7.15,  8.15 and 9.15pm.

  • U17 & U13: Tuesday nights at 6.00pm, 7.10pm & 8.20pm.

  • U15: Monday nights at 6.30 or 7.40pm.

  • U11: Thursday nights 6.00 or 7.10pm.

  • U8 & U9: Friday nights at 6.00 & 7.00pm.

Team selection (summer)

  • No trials are held.

    Teams are generally capped at 9 players to ensure fair court time.

  • Requests to play with friends are noted but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Players not from the Winter season will be placed where space allows, based on the information provided in registration.
