Welcome to St Monica's Netball Club

We’re a community club and a proud member of the South Australian United Church Netball Association. For almost 50 years we’ve welcomed players from Under 8s through to the Open divisions.

St Monica’s Netball Club is based at Laurie Knight Reserve, Romilly Avenue, Manningham. Many of our players come from nearby suburbs such as Broadview, Prospect, Enfield, Nailsworth, and Walkerville, but we also welcome members from across Adelaide who want to be part of a friendly, community-focused club.

Club Notice

At St Monica’s, we’re proud to be a volunteer-driven club. Our committee, coaches, team managers, and umpires all give their time so every player has the chance to enjoy netball—no matter their ability. Without volunteers, the club simply can’t run.

We ask every player, parent, and supporter to help us by:

  • Respecting our volunteers – coaches, umpires, and managers deserve encouragement and backing.

  • Creating a child-safe environment – respectful behaviour is expected at all times, from the sidelines to the court.

  • Supporting our umpires – each team has a dedicated St Monica’s umpire who gives their time generously. Please accept their decisions with grace.

Volunteering is at the heart of our club. Becoming a coach or umpire is a rewarding way to:

  • Stay connected to netball

  • Support players as they grow

  • Give back to the community (and umpires can also earn pocket money!)

We provide full training, mentoring, and clear role descriptions, so you’ll always feel supported.

  • Want to know more about umpiring? Visit our Umpiring page.
