Registration Information:

Summer 2023/24 Registration - are now CLOSED.

Summer Season Fees (2023/24) are $105 for Juniors, $115 for Opens.

Summer Registrations closed on 2nd of September, 2023.

The summer season commences in October, following Term 3 School Holidays.

TRIALS

We do not trial for the summer competition. Winter teams tend to continue into the summer competition. Players may be added on the basis of experience, or the club forms new teams based on information provided during registration.

Claiming a Sports Voucher

Parents can claim one Sports Voucher per year worth $100, provided their child is in the eligible age range (R-Yr 9), and a claim has not already been made in a calendar year. You will find a question about Vouchers on the registration form, so ideally do your homework about the voucher before registering. The registration form includes the section below. Ideally claim your voucher before registration so the code (and discount) can be immediately applied.

Winter 2024 RegistrationS - Now CLOSED!

Winter Registrations closed on 19th of January, 2024.
Players needed to register by completing the online registration form: https://www.playhq.com/netball-australia/register/d49bce.
Registration is completed with payment of playing fees.

Winter 2024 Fees: $153.10(includes transaction fee) & as of 1.1.24 PlayHQ will be charging a 1.49% Service fee on all Transactions.

Fees are paid by credit/debit card at the time of registering. A transaction fee is included in the registration fee charged.

Trials for Winter 2024:

Sunday 4th and 11th of February, 2024 at Romilly Ave Courts. Further comprehensive details will follow at the close of registrations on the 19th of January, 2024.

Trials will be held in age divisions where more than 10 players have registered, subject to court availability, and weather constraints.

Players will be able to purchase a new uniform and be fitted for a warm-up top at the clubrooms during trials, or on advertised dates.

Refund policy:

Inability to place a player in a team: 100% refund - less transaction and service fees

Withdraw before selection trials: 90% refund - less transaction and service fees

Withdraw after the release of selection outcome, or team selections: 50% refund - less transaction and service fees

Withdraw after the release of SAUCNA team grading/release of draw: 20% refund - less transaction and service fees

Withdraw after season start: 0% refund.

In all cases the Management Committee can elect to give a full refund in circumstances where it is warranted.

Late registrations (after 19th of January, 2024) will only be permitted if there is available space in a team, and at the discretion of the management committee.

PLEASE NOTE: further junior registrations will not be accommodated once trials have occurred, you can email stmonicasnetballclub@hotmail.com to ask to be added to the wait list.
Players may be allocated to teams if remaining places exist.
